We are very pleased with the fact that, in addition to Menno ten Pierick, we have welcomed four new colleagues to our Customer Service department. Because we have shifted with colleagues and we are convinced that a strong Customer Service department is of added value for our customer, we are happy to report that our team is now complete.

Kirsten Sloots has been working with us as a Customer Service Employee since December 1, 2023. “This company (the “old Wensing”) has already passed by twice in recent years, and three times is a charm for me! My colleagues are very enthusiastic and always help with questions, which is very pleasant.” With her accumulated experience in recent years, we are convinced that Kirsten will make a good contribution as she knows how to build excellent customer contacts.
“If I say something, I do it, that’s who I am. If there is anything wrong, please let us know and we will find a solution together,” says Kirsten
Anne Mark has found the ideal match in her position as Customer Support Manager. Not only because she mainly has a German customer base, but also because Anne likes complex situations and wants to look for solutions in a structured manner. “At Unlimited Spare Parts I will certainly get the opportunity to do this!”
Paul van Beek was born 38 years ago and still lives in beautiful Apeldoorn where our headquater is situated. “I chose this new challenge because Unlimited Spare Parts made me super enthusiastic and acted decisively. In the first few weeks I have already learned a lot from my new energetic and enthusiastic colleagues, for which I am very grateful.” Paul will eventually fulfill the role of Customer Support Manager.
Caroline Omondi-Pouw also recently started as a Customer Service Employee at Unlimited Spare Parts. Caroline has now lived in the Netherlands for 13 years. “I joined the team a month ago and took on the challenge of answering technical questions about industrial knives and packaging options. This allows me to expand my product knowledge and improve my communication skills, which positively contributes to the customer support experience.”
