We are looking for

For our team in Apeldoorn we are looking for an enthusiastic account manager with an affinity for technology. Experience in the food industry and commerce is a big plus. You also have ambition to grow into the field. Even if you currently already hold a field sales position, you are welcome to apply.

As (junior) Account Manager you are responsible for your own customer group, you maintain the existing turnover and realize turnover growth with existing and new customers. You contribute to the turnover and profitability of the organization. You are aware of everything that is going on with your customers. You are part of a self-managing client team. This consists of a (Junior) Account manager, Order entry employee/Customer Support employee and a Customer Support manager. Together you will increase customer satisfaction, loyalty and retention by exceeding customer expectations. You can count on intensive guidance and coaching from our Sales Manager.

Your function

You will mainly be involved in active sales within your customer group and advising customers and prospects by phone. After an induction period with internal training you will also visit customers. Together with the Customer Support manager you will prepare quotations and customer contracts. In all your thinking and actions you put the customer first and the customer relationship is paramount. All results of your customer group you will report to the sales manager.
