Announcement merger Global Blades, Ten Hove Foodknives, Unitrack and Wensing

Dear relation,

We are proud to announce that the former Unlimited Spare Parts International subsidiaries Global Blades, Ten Hove Foodknives, Unitrack and Wensing will merge into a new organization called Unlimited Spare Parts B.V. (abbreviated USP) as of August 16, ’21. Through this well-considered merger we can serve you and your organization even better and offer a wider range of products.

USP takes over all rights and obligations of the former companies. Open quotations, current orders and deliveries will be handled as before. New quotations, orders and invoices will be issued in the name of USP.

To facilitate the cooperation, we ask you to change our contact information in your system asap. The new contact information is shown below.

Due to the merger, we are also using a new item coding system. This means that all products will have new USP ID and barcode, as shown on the PO. We recommend that you adopt the new USP article codes. If there is any uncertainty about the article coding, please contact the sales department.
